To access your account information, select the "Login to your account"
icon located on SLND's Web site home page at mystudentloanonline.nd.gov. A login ID and password are required for you to access your student loan
information.
How do I get a password?
If we had your valid e-mail address, we sent your initial password to you
via e-mail and followed up with a letter mailed to you. If we did not have
a valid e-mail address, the password was mailed to you.
I lost my password. How do I get another one?
You can get a new password by clicking on "Forgot your password? Click
Here" on the login screen. If we have your valid e-mail address, a password will be e-mailed to you
and a letter with the same password will be mailed to you. If we do not have a valid e-mail address,
a password will be mailed to you.
Upon login, you will be required to change your password and given the opportunity
to update your e-mail address..
I want to access my account now. Who can I call?
Please call a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-472-2166 ext. 5660 and we will reset your password.
It says my account is locked. What should I do next?
After three unsuccessful attempts to login, your account will lock up.
Please call a Customer Service Representative at 1-800-472-2166 ext. 5660
and we will unlock your account and reset your password if necessary.
